Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original packaging.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse.

Receive Your Refund

Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, or your exchange items will be shipped out free of charge.
